Easy & Creepy Halloween Party Snacks
Sour Apple Monsters
1 green apple
1 strawberry
1 cup peanut butter
3 Balance of Nature Fruit capsules
Pine nuts
Edible googly eye candies
Cut apple into 4ths. On the outside peel, cut a smile shape. Avoid cutting through all the way. Cut strawberry from the top down, into thin slices. Mix peanut butter and Balance of Nature Fruit capsules. Fill 1 tablespoons of peanut butter into the mouth shape. Stick the strawberry onto the peanut butter, like a tongue. Add the pine nuts along the top edge of the apple. Put a small amount of peanut butter on the edible eye candies and stick them to the top face of the apple.
Avocado Witch
2 avocados
1/2 red onion
1/2 lime juice
6 Balance of Nature Veggie capsules
2 cups shredded carrots
1 Red bell pepper
1 Pickle
2 green olives
Blue corn chips
Mix avocado, red onion, lime juice, and Balance of Nature Veggie powder. On a large oval platter, spread the avocado mix in a circular shape on the bottom half. Add the shredded carrots around the top edge of the avocado. On top of the carrots, add the blue corn chips. Shape them into a witch hat shape. Cut the olives in half and place them as eyes. Place the pickle under the eyes for a nose. Cut the bell pepper in lip shapes and place them under the nose. Just like magic, a witch is made!
Spider Eggs
6 hard boiled eggs
4 T. Mayo
1 1/2 tsp. Mustard
6 Balance of Nature Veggie capsules
1 8 oz. can black olives
Cut the hardboiled eggs in half long ways. Scoop out the yolk into a mixing bowl. Mix together the egg yolks, mayo, mustard, and Balance of Nature Veggie powder. Once mixed, place about a tablespoon of the mixture into each egg. Cut 6 olives in half. Place each half on 1 egg in the middle of the yolk. Cut up olives to create thin strips. Place 4 olive strips on each side of every half olive to create creepy, crawly spiders.
