We ship fast and make returns simple.
We ship all our packages via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 30 days on first time Preferred Customer purchases. If 30 days have gone by since your first Preferred Customer purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on retail orders.
To initiate a return, call 877-412-2526 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returns require an RMA number in order to be processed. Product returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Once you receive your RMA number, mail your product to: 785 E Venture Dr, St. George, UT 84790, United States.
Once your return is received and accepted, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10-12 business days. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 2 weeks,
First, double check your bank account.
Second, contact your credit card company or bank (as applicable). There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
