I have not opened it. I did not realize it was not in capsules. I do not do well swallowing liquid things. SORRY !!!
I talked to a person by phone who was supposed to see how I can return it, and if I can get a refund. He could not give me an answer andI am waiting on it. I LOVE my fruits and veggie capsules ! I will never give them up !!! However, I do not want to use the Fiber & Spice. I just cannot take something I have to ‘taste’ .
I have no idea what it will taste like….
and I don’t do well with ‘liquid‘ things. I am sorry I did not realize it was not in capsule form. Dorothy Wellons

Product is great- container us smashed

Product is great, however this is the second order I have received where the container is mashed into a triangular shape. I have to pour the contents into an old container from 3 orders ago. Photos available.
