“If someone asked me for advice about taking Balance of Nature supplements, I wouldn’t hesitate to tell them they should get on it, do it, and stay on it.” —John S.

Seventy-two-year-old John S. has worked as a “bugman” for over 51 years, walking 7 to 10 miles a day while carrying a 30-pound spray tank. What’s more is he exercises twice a day, every day. “Pretty good for an old guy!” he says.
John’s Exercise and Nutrition Regimen
John’s routine consists of getting up every day between 4:30 and 5:00 a.m. and working out for 45 minutes in his home gym. He’d do 200 to 250 repetitions of various exercises, get ready for work, come home, and repeat the process the next day. He would be exhausted by the afternoon, he says. Over time, he began to increase what he was able to do.
“I noticed that as I was doing my workouts, I could do more, and I started doing more. I write them down every day in a book or on my phone, and I noticed it was creeping up,” he shares.
John says his workout routine now includes at least 700 repetitions every day and 45 minutes of cardio on the trampoline and punching bag—a jump from what he did before.
“One of the reasons I like working and working out is because, as we get older, our body starts to deteriorate and the only way you can keep it fresh is to rejuvenate it. It just keeps me active and makes me feel good.”
He explains, “When I was younger I didn’t think about trying to be in the best shape I can be because you’re so young; when you wake up you feel great. As you get older, life has a tendency to beat you down a little bit or just the day-to-day work or you get into bad habits with how you eat, what you do—you become sedentary. And I believe a body in motion stays in motion.”
John is also really big on nutrition. “My wife and I, we think about our meals, we plan ahead.” His lunch usually consists of grapefruit, an apple, hard boiled eggs, and an orange, but you can’t eat enough fruits and vegetables, he says.
He says he always makes sure to read the labels of everything he eats and doesn’t eat out very often. “I want to know what goes in my body.”
John shares that sometimes people don’t believe he is in his seventies. “It’s just how I live my life, what I eat, I keep active, and I want to eat fresh food and no processed food.”
John Tries Balance of Nature
John tried Balance of Nature supplements because he had seen the commercials. He has now been taking them for more than two years.
John used to have nine guys work for him, but now that it’s just him, he says he is more tired in the afternoon because he works too much. “I was getting tired. My workout in the afternoon was lagging, you know? And I decided after watching the commercials, I thought, I’m gonna try that stuff,” he shares.
He has taken Balance of Nature supplements for over two years now. “I don’t go anywhere without them. I’ll take them forever. I take them every morning; it’s the first thing I do.”
He adds, “It corresponds with the way I want to live my life. And that’s how I love my life; I don’t eat processed foods.”
An Easy Way for More Variety of Healthy Ingredients
John says one thing that impressed him about the supplements is how they are made.
He explains that getting a wide variety of fruits and vegetables can be difficult in everyday life. “One reason I really enjoy taking Balance of Nature supplements is because taking the supplements is very easy for me. I just pop them in my mouth, take a little drink of water, and I’m good to go.”
He says he will continue to take Balance of Nature supplements due to his good experience with them. “It wasn’t overnight—it was a subtle kind of thing.”
He says he recommends it for everyone, no matter their age: “If someone asked me for advice about taking Balance of Nature supplements, I wouldn’t hesitate to tell them they should get on it, do it, and stay on it.”
