Success Story: Gary M. Loves Staying Active with Exercise

Gary M. is a businessman and is sure to exercise every day to feel good. He owns four very different companies right now. He says he’s been taking Balance of Nature supplements for as long as he’s been smiling!

Gary was self-employed his entire life and says he has always been “a company-type buff” and likes to do new things.

“My digital marketing company, we’ve been in business for 28 years . . . it gives me the opportunity to talk to new people all the time,” he says. “I think it’s important as a leader that you look good, you feel good, you like to smile, and you want them—at the end of your conversation with whatever you’re selling or trying to talk about—you want them to go, ‘Wow, not only was it a good presentation, but that guy had so much energy!’”

He loves what he does and says the secret to owning one company or 100 companies, is you have to like what you do.

“If you like what you do, then it’s all—it’s always a success,” he shares.

Passionate about Exercise

Gary started exercising at an early age and says he had some really good teachers. Gary says fitness is a big deal for him.

“I’m passionate about the way I feel, the way I look. You know, just all in all my health. So it, to me, it’s a big deal, always has been.”

Gary says that before he even heads to the gym, he will exercise in his home every morning.

“Seven days a week, I do toe touches. I do side bends. . . .  And then I have a couple of different machines upstairs. Just small handheld machines, but it’s good. It builds the arms, the wrists, and I’m pretty beat up after all the years—martial arts and fighting and all the crazy things you do. But, all in all, now I rely a ton on my exercise, and I also rely on products like Balance of Nature [supplements].”

Gary explained that Balance of Nature has been a revolutionary product for him because, like everybody, he doesn’t eat enough fruits and vegetables—especially the green ones.

Gary says he rotates his exercises because it’s not good to do the same thing every day, although he does have his daily routine of toe touches, side bends, and sit-ups. Gary has written what he does each day in a book since around 2001.

“I enjoy what I do. I find things that I like to make sure I don’t try stuff that’s silly. . . . And then I kind of focus more on that. . . . I stay motivated because I feel good. I stay motivated because people my age, generally speaking, do not do what I’m doing. You know, by my age they’re all kind of like, ‘I don’t want to create anything.’ I’m just, I’m more active than the average 71-year-old man.”

Gary is fond of one activity in particular: running.

“Well, what do I like about running? It’s the way you feel—if you breathe properly, when you’re out there running, if it’s a cool kind of wintery morning, you know, not freezing, but feel that cold air coming into your system. . . . The cool air, the deep breaths. It just, it exhilarates, and I’m able to do it. That’s the other part. I tell friends I jog or I walk or whatever I do, they’re like, ‘How do you do that?’ . . . Yeah, it’s just part of who I am. That’s really what it is, you know. And I’m grateful that I’m able to be who I am.”

He continues, “There’s so many things that motivate you to do it. And when you feel good, it’s all just easy to do. You want to do more, actually. . . . It feels great to feel great.”

Staying Motivated with Balance of Nature Supplements

Although Gary didn’t trust the product would really work at first, he tried it anyway.

“I started taking Balance of Nature and I’ve said it took a couple of weeks. . . . I really like the product. I like the service, and I’ve got some of my friends using it now too. So yeah, all in all, it’s a big motivator.”

He adds, “So that was a real good feeling about the product. I mean, I just can’t go a day without taking it. You know, just this morning I was taking it with, you know, my other [supplements] and I was going, gosh, I’m gonna be talking about these today, too. And it brought a smile to my face. Simply because they’re something that I like and I can feel the benefits from it. So yeah, that’s Balance of Nature [supplements], and I plan to be taking it for a long time. I don’t plan on stopping.”

Gary has taken Balance of Nature supplements for about two years. He says what attracted him to the product was the fruit and vegetable ingredients.

“I’m pretty strongly into my health. There’s only two things that I’m kind of weak at . . . I never eat enough vegetables and fruit. I love it. I just don’t eat it, you know I mean, it’s during the day. You can’t make a bunch of vegetables,” he explains.

Gary says he still eats fruits and vegetables as often as he always has, but Balance of Nature definitely helps because he’s not a fruits and vegetables guy..”

He says Balance of Nature supplements are a great product for him and he tells people about them.

“You know, we talk, and a lot of times they’ll say, ‘Gary, you look really good, what are you doing?’ So there’s an opportunity. I say, ‘I started taking supplements a couple of years ago’ . . . and the first one I always mention is Balance of Nature [supplements]. It’s so many peoples’ downfall, right—fruits and vegetables every day.”

Fruits and Vegetables Made Easy

Balance of Nature is part of Gary’s daily routine.

“It’s just easy,” he says. “I take them before I start exercising.”

He adds, “I stand behind the product. It works for me. And, you know, I’m really aware of what goes into my body.”

Gary says he doesn’t know what he would do if he wasn’t able to stay active.

“There was a big change. So yeah, the product, the ingredients, you know that it’s so easy to take. You just pop 3 & 3 and you’re done.”

Gary says he’ll still be taking Balance of Nature supplements if we were to visit him again in five years. “It makes me feel like I have a balanced life, and I love Balance of Nature [supplements]. It works,” he says.
