Success Story Feature—Anita Perry

Balance of Nature customer Anita Perry says if she hadn’t started taking Balance of Nature, it's hard to know what her life would be like now. The fruits and vegetables in Balance of Nature also give her the energy she needs to spend time with her family and grandchildren.

Anita first learned about Balance of Nature about twenty years ago while working as a technician for an optometrist. Dr. Douglas Howard*, founder and formulator of Balance of Nature, was close friends with Anita’s boss and would visit their office to educate them about Balance of Nature and how it could be beneficial.

Anita started talking to Dr. Howard* about the struggles she was experiencing with her health and soon began taking Balance of Nature. In addition, she underwent chiropractic care weekly and made some dietary changes. She said two weeks later, her challenges were gone two weeks later.

Talking about Balance of Nature, Anita says:
 
I know it is so pure and healthy because it is fruits and vegetables [that are] so important 
for you . . . We know you’re supposed to have a lot of those every day and it’s pretty 
impossible and so even though we eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables, taking

Anita says she also believes Balance of Nature helps with energy and the immune system. 

Anita says the most important things to her are her faith, her family, and her health. So of course she shares Balance of Nature with her family. Her granddaughter has been taking it for years, and it helps her tremendously. 

“If you feel like you have something really good and you love somebody, you really want to share it with them,” she says. “You want them to be healthy and feel as good as you do.”

Anita explains that she continues to take Balance of Nature because she knows how healthy it is for her—not just for her eyes or health challenges, but for her whole body. 

“Being healthy is very important to me,” she says. “I think probably the older you get, you realize you need to do everything you can to stay healthy. So having a balanced diet and eating healthy is going to help you feel better and stay healthier for a longer time.” Why wouldn’t you want to take care of yourself: it makes you feel good, feel better, and feel healthy, she adds.

Balance of Nature also makes it easier for her to maintain a healthy diet, noting that it’s a good companion to eating fruits and vegetables because you “can’t eat too many.”

“If I didn’t have my health, I know my family would always be there for me and they would worry about me, but I really want to be a good example for my family,” she told us. “And I want them to be as healthy as possible, too.”

Anita spends quite a bit of time with her grandkids, which can take a lot of energy. 

“It is good to have lots of energy if you’re going to be hanging out with your grandkids a lot,” she says, “and I do feel like Balance of Nature helps give you lots of energy because you are feeding your body the correct way with the right nutrients.”
